46th Potus Biden T Shirt
My first job I had was in a convenient store and I worked midnight shift. It was in a pretty safe neighborhood but you would get the occasional asshole and it was always over selling beer. WV State law says you can not sell beer or other spirits after 2 AM regardless of day of the week. Well it never failed at least 3-4 times a week someone would come in usually drunk or well on their way around 2:15 – 2:30 and want to buy beer. I’d point at the sign that said I couldnt and they would have to go. Oh sometimes say they would say ok but usually they would start out it’s only 15 or 20 mins what’s the harm. I would say the harm would be my job and granted it may not be the best but I’m not losing it over a six pack. They would sometimes get a bit mouthy but I was 6’4 300 lbs so they would call me an unflattering name and move on. One night this couple came in, he was hammered she wasnt and he demanded I sell him beer or else. She said come on you’ve had enough and he attempted to back hand her. I told him he needed to get out and let her drive or their would be trouble. He started calling me everything under the sun and stated if came outside he make me wish I would sell him beer. I said no problem. I came around the counter and he realized he had just poked a bear. She was cussing him and grabbed the keys and he took a swing at me but wasnt even close. I pushed him out the door and then locked it. She was crying, apologizing for him and I said dont, she deserved better than a mean drunk and thanked me. So he’s outside, screaming and cussing and right about then a city police officer drove by, stopped and pulled in. He changed his tune, saying he was just waiting on her and then would be on his way.
